Ingredients: For 4 persons
100 g of sprouts (wheat, radish or mung bean sprouts), 1 apple, ½ green pepper, ½ yellow pepper and ½ red pepper respectively, 1 teaspoon safflower oil, 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds.
Wash the sprouts and blanch briefly with hot water. Clean the peppers, remove the seeds and cut into thin strips, wash and coarsely grate the apple. After this, shallow fry the seeds (sesame seeds and sunflower seeds) in a hot frying pan over a moderate heat and allow to cool. Now you can mix the vegetables in with the apple, the safflower oil and the roasted seeds, season to taste with raisins as desired.
