Questions about blood pressure measurement in general

Is oscillometric blood pressure measurement possible with a heart pacemaker?

Oscillometric blood pressure measurement is also possible in principle in patients with a heart pacemaker. However, the pacemaker rate cannot be checked by the pulse function of the blood pressure monitor. If you obtain nonsensical readings or "ERR" displays during measurement, this can be due to the abnormalities of heart rate which patients with a pacemaker often have. In these cases, oscillometric blood pressure measurement is problematic and it is better to measure the blood pressure by the Korotkov method (with a stethoscope or microphone). In any case, talk to your doctor about it.
